1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all massage and wellness services provided by Sorn Thai Massage and to any related appointments, bookings, and online or telephone communications.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
To ensure availability, please book in advance.
We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation.

4. Health Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health issues, injuries, allergies, or medical conditions before treatment.
Sorn Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a health risk to the client or therapist.

5. Payment

Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or via other accepted payment methods agreed upon at the studio.
All prices are listed in euros (€) or pounds (£), including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
They can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability

Sorn Thai Massage and its staff are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client before the session.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal data provided will be treated confidentially and used only for booking and customer service purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
